UPI Wire Service Honored School

Sam Hales, regional executive of United Press International, recognized the School for 50 years of UPI news service with an informal ceremony. The Columbia Missourian was a charter member of UPI service in the state, and many alumni went on to become "Unipressers," among them Lester Ziffren, BJ '27.
