Student Networking Trips Organized

Advertising students participated in the first of a series of networking trips to cities here and abroad, where they visited advertising, public relations and media professionals to learn more about the business. Larry Cohen, BJ '71, helped organize the first trips to New York, Amsterdam and London. A similar trip for magazine students began in 1996.

The networking trips gave students the chance to network with Missouri Journalism alumni and other professionals working in the world's most prestigious advertising and public relations firms.
