This event promises to be a fitting tribute to the Missouri School of Journalism's first century and a celebration of its new beginning. Telling the Story, Fair and True is a commissioned musical composition played by the MU Department of Music faculty and students and presented with more than 200 images from Pictures of the Year International, the School's renowned photography competition. A reading of excerpts from The Journalist's Creed, a declaration of principles written by founding dean Walter Williams in 1914, will accompany the performance.
