What do you do?
I am now working for National Public Radio in Hanoi, Vietnam, as a news producer.

How did you get your job?
My boss got the information from an American guy who accidentally read my CV once.

What is the best professional lesson you learned at the J-School?
Do your job with accuracy and whole-hearted dedication. The most important thing is to research before interviewing because information is scattered in different sources. Be confident in interviews and write everything as if you are telling a story to your mom.

What advice do you have for current students?
Follow your heart to find what you want to do. It is difficult to know your really good points. Dare to try and dare to fail.

What is your favorite J-School memory?
My best memory was when I came back to school after giving birth to my son, and everyone clapped their hands as I walked in. I feel so touched every time I think about it. I have wonderful teachers and friends, and I have had time to do stories in Columbia to understand more about the distant place from my home town.
