I am the Executive Producer for all the videos we put out. I also do marketing and training and bring in talent for specific tasks. How did you get your job? I had connections with a reporter who worked with me at WFAA-TV in Texas. What are your greatest professional achievements? I enhanced my people skills and became a better communicator. The biggest change was becoming more customer-focused. Finally, I also became more focused on working with a team of professionals. What would be your best advice to current students? Don't get complacent, know your strengths and weaknesses, and seek feedback for you work - it's your personal responsibility. In the corporate world, if you want to progress, you must take responsibility. What did you want to be growing up? In high school, I wanted to be in journalism; I always liked stories. I was also very curious, but also shy.
