Phi Kappa Phi Members Build an Enduring Legacy for Future Generations

Columbia, Mo. (May 12, 2014) — Nine Missouri School of Journalism juniors and seniors and one journalism faculty member were recently inducted into Phi Kappa Phi, the nation’s oldest, largest and most selective collegiate honor society for all academic disciplines.

Membership is by invitation and requires nomination and approval by a chapter. Faculty members who have achieved scholarly distinction may also be eligible for membership. All become a part of the larger Phi Kappa Phi community of scholars and professionals who are dedicated to building an enduring legacy for future generations.

Lynda Kraxberger, associate dean of undergraduate studies at the School, serves as president of the University of Missouri chapter.
