TIFFANY S. JONES is a doctoral student studying strategic communication at the Missouri School of Journalism. Her research interests include crisis communication and health communication with an emphasis on mental health messaging and effects on various audiences.

Jones comes to the University of Missouri after eight years of service in the Office of University Relations at North Carolina A&T State University, following nearly a decade as a reporter for newspapers in Tennessee and North Carolina. In that time, she covered public safety, local government, education, and general assignments.

Jones is a proud graduate of N.C. A&T and the University of North Carolina where she received her B.S. in journalism and mass communication and her M.A. in mass communication, respectively.
