How did you get your job?
Washington Graduate Reporting Program was in the National Press Building in Washington, D.C. The Washington Bureau of Aviation Week was also in the National Press Building. Got to know Bill Gregory, Editor-in-Chief of Aviation Week.
What is the best professional lesson you learned at the J-School?
Keep contacting sources and asking questions until the story is right. Never give up.
What advice do you have for current students?
Work part-time for a publication while taking your classes.
What is your favorite J-School memory?
Working on the newspaper published by the J-School.
