Mike Bauer (BJ ’15) was recently hired as a social media strategist for the St. Louis Cardinals. In his new role, Mike oversees the team’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram profiles, provides game coverage from the accounts, works closely with the public relations team to provide updates on roster moves and player transactions, and collaborates on the team’s marketing efforts with local and national sponsorships. 

Mike joined the Cardinals in April 2023 shortly after the Major League Baseball season began. Prior to this role, he spent four years working as a social media coordinator for the MU Office of Admissions, and later worked as a marketing specialist with Saint Louis University. He lives in St. Louis with his fiance, Samantha.
