Alice S. Handelman, BJ ’65, has been honored with a prestigious 2011 President’s Award from the Press Club of Metropolitan St. Louis. A public relations professional, she is the immediate past president of Women of Achievement and is past president of both the Press Club and Mid-East Area Agency on Aging. For the past three years she has served as advisory chair for Press Club’s “Face the Nation” beauty event to raise funds for media scholarships.
