Marcus Graham Project co-founder Lincoln Stephens, BJ ’03, is the 2011 winner of the ADCOLOR Change Agent Award for his commitment to mentorship, young adult leadership development and increasing diversity in the advertising industry. Honorees for awards are champions who are spurring diversity within their organization. Others who will be honored at the fall banquet are MGP co-founder Kenji Summers; Bill Cosby; Spike Lee; Rosario Dawson; Senior Chairman, Founder and Publisher of Black Enterprise Earl G. Graves; and Chief Executive Officer of Wieden + Kennedy Dan Wieden.
