Marcia Chatelain, BJ ’01
Marcia Chatelain, BJ ’01, is assistant professor of history at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. Her first book, “South Side Girls: Growing Up in the Great Migration” (Duke University Press, 2015) will be released in March. In 2014, she received the Dorothy Brown Teaching Award, which is voted on by the entire Georgetown student body.
