Melissa Farlow, MA ’94, will be honored with a Distinguished Alumni Award by the Indiana University School of Journalism this fall. She is a Pulitzer Prize-winning photojournalist who has contributed to National Geographic publications for almost 20 years, traveling around the globe to capture images from Alaska to the Austrian Alps. For almost 20 years, Farlow has served on the faculty of the Missouri Photo Workshop and has won numerous awards for her work, including several honors in the Pictures of the Year International competition.
