Ralph Lowenstein, PhD ’67, former chair of the News-Editorial Department at the Missouri School of Journalism, is dean emeritus of the College of Journalism and Communications at the University of Florida. Daughter Joan Lowenstein, BJ ’78, practices First Amendment and intellectual property law in Ann Arbor, Mich. Grandson Noah Trobe is a junior studying radio-television journalism at the Missouri School of Journalism.
