Shraddha M. Sankhe, MA Journalism ’14, has joined BMO Financial Group as Senior Manager, Data Insights and Communications in Toronto, Canada. In her new role, she leads communications strategy and data insights for Engineering Platforms and Reliability Engineering within BMO’s Technology and Operations division. She previously served as Manager at TD Bank, where she supported strategy, insights and reporting for technology change management and corporate communications. Shraddha’s work focuses on translating complex technical work into executive clarity and strategic narratives that drive organizational decisions.
