Tom Lamonica, BJ ’75, retired in 2006 after a 31-year career in college sports public relations to become a faculty member in the School of Communication at Illinois State University and a communication consultant. In addition to teaching public relations, he has built the school’s internship program into Illinois State’s largest and helped create the school’s Alumni Advisory Board.
