Ney, a native of St. Louis, is one of the most respected people in the advertising industry. Under his leadership as president, chairman and chief executive officer, Young & Rubicam Inc., became the world’s largest independent advertising and communications firm. Prior to his current appointments a Ambassador to Canada, Ney served on the Board for International Broadcasting. Ney was inducted into the Advertising Hall of Fame in 1988.
