Jack Germond, Washington correspondent for the Baltimore Sun, writes “Politics Today,” a nationally syndicated column for Tribune Media Services. His journalism career has also included stints at the Rochester Times-Union in New York and the Washington Star: Germond has covered everything from city news to sports. He is also a television commentator and co-author of four books on national politics. He graduated from the Missouri School of Journalism in 1951.
