Joining the Missouri School of Journalism as an academic advisor in the Fall of 2023, Bailee Davis is fairly new to the University of Missouri and Columbia. While working towards a bachelor’s in English Literature and a master’s in Professional Writing at Southeast Missouri State University, Bailee took part in various roles of advising students in their academic and career goals.

When working towards earning her two degrees, Bailee also had to step in and advise herself from time to time. Because of this she has a huge passion for advising others and has made it her goal to be a resource for students and assist them in achieving their academic and career goals.

Outside of her role in supporting students, Bailee enjoys indulging in her love for reading during her leisure hours. You might find her perusing the Young Adult section in libraries and bookstores, as paranormal romance holds a special place in her heart. When she’s not immersed in tales of curses and epic kingdom-saving adventures, Bailee also loves hiking the trails or going for an energizing run.
