Jasmyne Ray is the subject librarian for the Missouri School of Journalism’s library within the Reynolds Journalism Institute.
After receiving her Bachelor of Mass Communication (multimedia print focus) from the University of Montevallo in 2018, she worked as a journalist, later transitioning to brand agency work and strategic communication settings.
She received her Master of Library Information Studies from the University of Alabama in 2025 and has worked in public and academic libraries. Working alongside the Head Librarian, she supports students and faculty with research and locating resources from the university’s libraries and publicly available sources.
