Hailing from the not-so distant land of the Sac-Osage Ozarks, Rachael Norden is a true renaissance woman of the road less traveled.

Having foregone the traditional college experience, Rachael join the KBIA team in May 2023 and has spent the last decade forging her own path into a diverse and eclectic career with experiences ranging from banking to artistry, utility trade work to symphonies, radio to festivals, and more, with an emphasis on nonprofit management, finances, and marketing and communications.

Growing up Rachael cultivated a thirst of knowledge, forming a love for sultry voices of radio while listening to the sage advice of Delilah, and the art of thorough and fun storytelling from Last Podcast Network’s Marcus Parks. Since then, she’s developed a passion for modern forms of media and broadcasting, accurate and relevant journalism, humor and authenticity, and bringing those passions together to nurture environments that prioritize fun, educational experiences to encourage communities and push the boundaries of what is considered ‘known.’

Outside of her career, Rachael enjoys home life with her family and pets with cooking, video gaming, crafting, and purveying everything dark and gritty from history, anthropology, true crime, and the Occult (with extra love reserved for anything that falls under all four).
