Alysia Beaudoin is the Grants & Contracts Administrator for the School of Journalism, having joined the school in September of 2021. Alysia has more than 13 years of experience in grants and contracts, most of which has been with the University of Missouri. Alysia has experience with and a passion for creating structure, procedures and streamlining processes to improve services and efficiency. Providing the best possible services to faculty, supporting the college and the university community at large is important to Alysia.

After receiving her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst she served for two years as an AmeriCorps Member and Red Cross Volunteer then landed in Columbia, Missouri.

Alysia would spend every waking moment at the beach and snorkeling if she could, but she also loves spending time with her family, playing games, doing puzzles, kayaking, biking, walking, crocheting and more.
